TERMS AND POLICIES

  1. Everyone who enters the space must willingly participate in the event. This is not a spectator show. Everyone must participate in the performance by singing, dancing, or playing hand held percussion instruments that the venue supplies.
  2. Everyone agrees to return all percussion instruments to the venue prior to leaving the venue.
  3. There are no recording devices of any sort allowed in the venue. The only exceptions are during private events or an interactive event that has been listed as a “recording devices allowed” performance. TRP (hereby recognized as the acronym for The Reprieve Project) maintains the right to retain all outside devices until the event is completed. The participant may also choose to surrender their reservation with the purchase price being non-refundable.
  4. All RSVPS are non-refundable. RSVPS can be changed ONCE to a future date. The RSVP is surrendered if the participant does not contact the venue prior to the event and/or if they arrive late and miss the sign in.
  5. All participants must sign in prior to entering the venue.
  6. All participants must enter the venue not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This includes and is not limited to medical marijuana, muscle relaxers, prescription pain pills, hallucinogens, and opiates.
  7. You will most likely sweat. You will definitely be in close proximity to others who may sweat. Each participant accepts this risk and will not hold TRP responsible for any incident that may arise from this situation.
  8. TRP maintains the right to refuse service to anyone. Anyone that TRP deems a threat or inappropriate will be asked to leave or escorted out if they refuse.
  9. Everyone traveling by car is responsible for their own parking. Please read signs carefully. Contact the venue about parking passes or valet services.
  10. Everyone is encouraged to attend our weekly open house orientations. This will give first timers a chance to acquaint themselves with the space. This will help prepare them for their event. It also gives everyone’s invitation that much more validity.
  11. Each event is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime work of synergetic live music performance art. First timers-expect a sensory overload. If you have joined us before, each event should be better than the last.
